We are very happy to receive again in 2017 the award ESL Certificate of Excellence!
The certificate from our partner agency ESL – Séjours Linguistiques is based on experience reports of the students who have completed a language program in the Collegium Palatinum – IH Heidelberg and it is a sign of a high customer satisfaction. To meet the criteria for this award, a school must meet at least 4 of the 5 global assessment criteria and receive at least 20 feedback responses per year. There are various areas rated – the school, the lessons, the accommodation and the leisure program. We look forward to continuing to offer to ESL students a first-rate language study experience in the future as well!
