Rome is a fascinating city with a history of more than 2,600 years. Among the most famous sights are Vatican City with St. Peter’s Basilica, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum and the Spanish Steps. There is also a huge selection of museums, restaurants and shops.
Our partner school in Rome has been offering high quality Italian language courses for more than 40 years. The school is located in the centre of Rome, just a few steps from the main station. The school building is a villa with 11 classrooms. There are 5 additional classrooms nearby. The school has a library with computers, books and DVDs and a cafeteria that offers drinks, snacks and lunch.
Lessons are based on the communicative approach which gives students lots of opportunities to talk and to actively take part in lessons. Teachers use authentic materials and take part in monthly seminars to further enhance their skills.
You can choose between 15 and 20 lessons per week. The maximum number of students per class is 14. On the first day of class you are placed in a class based on the results of a written and oral placement test. Lessons are from Monday to Friday. The minimum stay is two weeks.
