The certificate telc German C1 (telc Deutsch C1) is a German language exam on an advanced level. It certifies that you can communicate spontaneously and fluently and understand long and complicated texts. You are familiar with colloquial expressions and use a variety of registers. You have an advanced knowledge of German grammar.
The exam:
The exam consists of a written and an oral part. The written exam takes 3 hours and 35 minutes. The oral exam takes 16 or 24 minutes. It can be on the same day as the written exam or on another day.
Prerequisite:
800 - 1000 lessons or advanced level (C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Registration:
We recommend registering for the exam as early as possible. If you register less than 30 days before the exam day we charge a late registration fee of € 30. It is not possible to register less than 10 days before the exam day.
