) is a German language certificate for doctors seeking employment in a German hospital. It is based on the German language needed to communicate with patients and colleagues in a hospital.

The exam consists of a written and an oral part. The written exam takes 3 hours. The oral exam takes 45 minutes. It can be on the same day as the written exam or on another day.
