In about 100 lectures you will practise reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar and vocabulary as well as study skills. Requirement for this course is the completed B1.2-level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). For students who wish to prepare efficiently for the academic work at the university we recommend the course: German for University B2 online: research methods.
You can choose between three study options: Self-study, or assisted learning with tutor support by an experienced teacher, or ECTS-curriculum with tutor support and the opportunity to earn credits: You will study according to a specific curriculum and will receive 3 ECTS credits upon successful completion of the course.
The indicated starting dates below refer to the “assisted learning” module. If you choose the self-study module you can start the course at any time. Registration deadline for the “assisted learning” or "ECTS-curriculum" module is 17 days before the course start.
