It is designed for participants who want to learn German online in the evening hours, due to work, studies or time-difference. The course can be attended from all around the world. Requirement: a computer or mobile device with camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection.
The teaching is based on the “communicative approach”. It aims to improve the communication skills and builds confidence in speaking. Through exercises in role-playing and dialogues we provide many opportunities to use the language and train authentic day-to-day situations. Topics relevant to everyday life allow participants to practise their German and ensure that they will also have fun while learning.
The German language teaching is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The course can be booked by week, though we recommend a minimum of 4 weeks in order to see good results. It takes about 20 weeks to complete a language level (for example B1.1: 10 weeks, after that B1.2 10 more weeks).
It is also possible to choose an evening course with 3*3 or 2*2 lectures per week. However, the progression will be slower of course.
Alternatively we offer online courses or face-to-face classes of our partner-schools in different German cities: Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, Lindau. All our partners are members of the quality associations IALC (International Association of Language Centres) or IH (International House World Organisation).
