Language School

You are here: Home1 / About Us2 / Language School

Founded in 1958, our language school has been providing quality language courses in Heidelberg all year round. Collegium Palatinum is based in the Villa Krehl in Heidelberg’s most beautiful residential area. The historic building with its spacious garden provides students with the perfect environment to live and learn. The  classrooms and offices are modernly furnished, and the house imparts a true campus feeling. The picturesque garden allows for a variety of recreational activities for the students, such as barbecuing, playing a game of ball, or simply relaxing. The school offers an exceptional atmosphere and modern facilities:

  • Modern classrooms

  • Computer room

  • Library

  • Wi-Fi throughout the building

  • Spacious garden and terrace

  • TV room

The language school shares the building with the European Study Center (ESC) of the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), whose students spend a semester abroad in Germany and live on campus.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Heidelberg’s historic centre, or you can reach it by tram in just a few minutes.
