The German language school in Heidelberg

Due to the situation with the Corona-virus we will follow the instructions of the government of our federal state Baden-Württemberg where schools and kindergartens will be closed as of Tuesday, March 17.

We will start teaching all German classes online from Monday, March 16. Please contact us if you want to join our lectures, or apply here.

Apart from that we also offer specially designed German programs online.

Since 1958 the language school Collegium Palatinum – IH Heidelberg has been providing German courses for all language levels. The school offers general language courses as well as Business German for those who want to learn German intensely and effectively in international groups or on an individual basis. Collegium Palatinum – IH Heidelberg is an authorized test centre for the European language certificates telc Language Tests as well as for the TestDaF.

A variety of cultural and social activities are organized to complement the language programmes. We offer accommodation in student apartments and selected host families.
