The TestDaF exam paves the way to university studies, and is recognized by all German universities as certification of language ability. It is the most important German language test for foreign university applicants. The TestDaF levels 3, 4, & 5 are equivalent to the B2 & C1 levels of the Common European Framework for Languages.
This TestDaF preparation course is intended for participants with appropriate language skills at an advanced level (B2/C1), and for those candidates who aim to achieve optimal results on their TestDaF. Participants who have not yet reached required language level are recommended to participate in an intensive German course before embarking on a preparatory course.
Our TestDaF-experienced and qualified teachers:
Participants whose language competence is not yet at the level needed for the TestDaF may take an additional German language course in the morning.
For candidates who need more flexibility, we also offer TestDaF training online.

ih Heidelberg - Collegium Palatinum is authorized testing centre for the TestDaF. Exams are conducted regularly on our premises.
Registration and payment of exam fees (€ 175) are also handled by the TestDaF Institute. All participants have to register theirselves on the TestDaF-platform.
