Students seeking university credits must apply and be accepted to Schiller International University. These credits will be granted for 4 or 8 week courses successfully completed at CP with a grade of C or above.

College credits are granted according to the following schedule:

Elementary I and II 4 weeks: 4 credits 8 weeks: 8 credits | | Intermediate I and II 4 weeks: 4 credits 8 weeks: 8 credits | | Advanced 4 weeks: 4 credits 8 weeks: 8 credits |
Students may also be able to transfer credits back to other Universities.
Certificates
Upon successful completion of the language course, students will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Weekly proficiency tests are also given during the course. If an examination is passed, a Certificate of Attendance, Diploma or a Grade Report showing that the student has successfully completed that level are issued.
Following application and registration procedures should be applied:
Check with your home university whether credits earned through Schiller International University can be transfered to your university prior to applying for credits.
Send the completed application form to the Collegium Palatinum and refer to credits on the application form under “further comments”.
An acceptance letter will then be issued.
Once at the Collegium Palatinum, students will have to fill-in the Schiller International University application form, a request form for credits and an official registration form. Certified copy or original transcripts 1). in the original language and 2). the official certified English translation are due by registration.
An application fee of EUR 65 is to be paid.
