Be prepared to check-out on time.
CHECK-OUT TIME for COLLEGIUM PALATINUM participants is always 10.00 am on departure day.
- Please remove all of your personal belongings from the room.
- Be sure to remove all personal belongings from the bathrooms and kitchens as well. DO NOT LEAVE any dirty dishes in the sink or in the kitchen. Wash up and make sure that the area around the stove and sinks are clean. Empty the refrigerator. Discard your unwanted items. Take away bottles and papers and bring them to the appropriate containers.
- Clean up and vacuum your room. In all, the room should look as it did when you moved in. Please take off the sheet and pillow covers and leave them on the bed. Lock the door of your room before leaving.
- Key return:
Bergstr.: Please set up an appointment with Mr. Gothmann (room nr. 16 ) for key return three days prior to your check-out.
Mühltalstr.: Please lock the door to your room and drop your keys into the white mailbox at the entrance of the apartment on the second floor.
- Course participants will be charged extra for cleaning if the residence is not left in order.
- Please also note that Certificates and Grades can only be sent to you, your program director or your home university, if the residence has been left in order and if all keys have been returned.
- After all of the above conditions have been met, the damage deposit will be refunded to you by check or bank transfer.
