Arrival
Arrival is usually on Sundays prior to the start of a course, departure
on Saturdays at the end of the course. Apart from special arrangement
for group bookings, all course participants are responsible for their
own arrival and departure.
Transfer to and from the school
Heidelberg is centrally located and easy to reach:
- By train to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (main station).
- By plane to Frankfurt Airport, then by train or shuttle bus (TLS) to Heidelberg.
- By car, Autobahn (motorway) Exit Heidelberg.
- Nearest Parking Deck to the institute is at Hotel Europäischer Hof (Parking garage P5)
Transportation while in Heidelberg
Public transport by bus and bicycle lanes are well developed in and around the city of Heidelberg. Much of the old city is within walking distance from the school.
